Privacy

Your information, plainly.

No one reads a long policy, so this one is short. It covers what we collect when you book, what we do with it, and how to have it removed. Effective October 9, 2026.

What we collect

When you book an Evaluation Assessment we ask for your full name, phone number, email, home address, and optionally your dog’s name, age, and breed. When you send an inquiry we ask for the same details plus a short description of what’s going on. That is everything — we do not collect payment information on this site, and we never ask for card numbers.

Why we need your address

The Evaluation Assessment happens at your home, so we need the address to get there and to plan the drive. Your address appears in the confirmation email, in the calendar event for your visit, and in our booking record. It is not collected for anything else.

What we never do

  • We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
  • We do not share it with third parties, except the tools that run the booking itself: our calendar and our email provider.
  • We do not add you to a marketing list. Booking a visit does not sign you up for anything.
  • We do not contact you about anything other than your visit and your dog, unless you ask us to.

How long we keep it

Booking details are kept while you are a client and afterward for our own records of the work we did. If you ask, we delete your details from the site’s records and remove you from our contact list. Calendar and email copies created for a completed visit are removed on request as well.

Your choices

Email n1dogpro@gmail.com or text +1 (424) 499-4330 and we will confirm in writing what we hold, correct anything wrong, or delete it. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

One line version

We collect what we need to come to your home and help your dog. We use it for that. We don’t sell it, and we delete it when you ask.
